A number of security patches need to be applied to the Secure-ISS/ AppServe Zimbra platforms. These patches are scheduled for:

These patches are urgent in nature to address a number of recently discovered vulnerabilities within the platform.
We expect that the Zimbra services will be unavailable for periods during this maintenance window and users should expect to lose ALL access to these services during the scheduled times listed above. Zimbra users are advised to close Microsoft Outlook prior to the maintenance window.
After the maintenance window, users may need to re-authenticate and/ or restart their Outlook or Web-browser to clear any errors and for changes to be reflected in the applicable mail client.
